"Ilse" in Connewitz is anything but boring and now, after an almost 20-year presence, it's hard to imagine Leipzig without it. Here you can do it all: Dance in the cellar club, drink at the bar, enjoy Dj-sets and live music in the next room and take a breather on the cosy couches. When you emerge again, the Tanzcafés' beer garden directly adjacent makes sweltering summer days and nights a bit cooler and something special. Bits and bobs can also be found at Ilses Erika - at the flea market every 2nd Saturday of the month.
